Global Employment Solutions Goes Public…
with Help from Bowhaus

Utilizing a new corporate brand identity created by Bowhaus, Global Employment Solutions, recently completed a major public stock transaction. Colorado-based Global Employment Solutions is a leading provider of human capital solutions that operates out of 29 offices throughout the United States. Previously the firm operated a network of individually branded staffing firms including locally based Main Line Personnel. Bowhaus helped bring these disparate brands together under the Global Employment Solutions name, creating a new corporate logo and associated brand communications tactics (identity package, website, sales collateral). With the new brand identity in place, Global Employment Solutions completed a share exchange and merger with a public shell company.
